Clinical notes are kept confidential and stored securely. You can ask to see them at any time.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive medical details through the contact form; keep it brief and we will take the detail in person or over a secure channel.

11. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 through it. Clients under 18 are seen only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is present for the session. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. If the change is significant and affects existing clients, we will tell you directly.
